Physical Education for Handicapped Persons

In the framework of this program students are prepared for work with handicapped people and athletes who require rehabilitation.

Students master psychology, anatomy, exercise therapy, physical rehabilitation, main regularities of pathologic processes, and specific features of human health at different ages.

Students undergo practical training in hospitals, care homes, rehabilitation centers and medical institutions. They take part in the voluntary movement to help children with problems of the support-motor apparatus, organs of vision and hearing.
