The program is aimed at the formation of a comprehensive understanding of Universal and Particular in the logic of the history and the study of modern tendencies in the development of theoretical and methodological problems of the historical dialogue of cultures. Within this framework the ways and mechanisms of intercultural dialogue between the historical traditions of Russia are being developed, conceptualized and critically analyzed in the context of cross-cultural interaction of contemporary civilizations.
