Professional navigation for students at MISIS University starts from the very first year. To achieve this, the university has established a career development ecosystem that includes the creation of professional pathways for students and collaboration with leading partner companies.

The Career and Practical Training Center is our division we established to support students with employment-related matters.

The employment rate for our graduates reached 96.4% in 2024.

Each year, over 9,000 NUST MISIS students complete internships and practical training at high-tech Russian and international companies.

In 2024, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation included the NUST MISIS Career and Practical Training Center in the list of best practices for university interaction with executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and enterprises to address staffing needs.
