The Career Center for Students implements projects ITMO.HUNTER and ITMO.Case. and actively assists in the employment of ITMO students and graduates.
How does university help with employment?
Each of the 27 bachelor's programs and 80 master's programs of ITMO University collaborates with several large companies that accept ITMO students and graduates for internships and training. After successfully completing the internship, students often remain in their permanent jobs. The University operates a Career Center for Students, which regularly publishes current job vacancies from employers, conducts free individual consultations, and provides information on the employment of foreign citizens. Additionally, the ITMO University implements a mentoring program, within which one-time individual consultations and long-term mentoring are conducted, during which mentor-graduates share their unique experience with students and new ITMO graduates and help build a plan for personal or professional development.

ITMO and Sberbank are implementing the "Digital Urbanism" program, where they prepare masters in the field of data analysis and modeling of urban processes, as well as the master's program "Robotics and Artificial Intelligence," whose graduates serve in leading roles in the team of the Sber Robotics Center.
Gazprom Neft
"Gazprom Neft" and ITMO University have opened a unique scientific and educational center "Gazprom Neft-ITMO," the work in the laboratories of which helps students gain the competencies necessary at the start of their careers. ITMO has a partner master's program "Software Development."
VK
The main activity of VK is investing in new technologies and developing digital content services. ITMO and VK are implementing a joint corporate master's program "Distributed Web Services." As a practice, students analyze real cases from "VKontakte."

The ITMO partnership with Yandex includes a joint master's educational program, an accelerated bachelor's degree with Yandex Practicum, a student camp in "Software Engineering," a scholarship support program for the best students of the IT and Software Faculty.
