How does the university help with employment?
IKBFU actively develops mutually beneficial partnerships with organizations and enterprises across Russia to ensure the timely development of professional and soft skills that are in demand in the real economy. This includes joint educational programs, graduation projects based on employer requests, facilitating internships and practical training for students, and supporting graduate employment.
For instance, several educational programs at IKBFU are implemented in collaboration with organizations such as the animation studio Soyuzmultfilm, Rostelecom, and Sberbank.
A new undergraduate program titled “Technology of Analytical Control of Chemical Compounds” is being offered in partnership with Fakel Experimental Design Agency.

In 2024, a tripartite collaboration between IKBFU, the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), and EDB Fakel commenced recruitment for a specialized master’s program titled “Physical Processes in Space Propulsion Systems.”
RENERA
In 2024, five graduates from the Chemistry program and two graduates from the Technology of Analytical Control of Chemical Compounds program received invitations to start their careers at the first gigafactory for energy storage production in Russia, which is being built in the Kaliningrad Region.
