How does the university help with employment?

FEFU supports the employment of its graduates by developing strategic partnerships with leading companies across various industries. This provides students with extensive opportunities for internships and subsequent employment. In 2023, FEFU developed 9 network educational programs and 28 additional professional education programs in collaboration with the Government of Primorsky Territory, FESCO Integrated Transport LLC, FECC Primorye LLC, DGK JSC, ANO Amur Tiger Center, NRC Kurchatov Institute, Primorsky Oceanarium, Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and other partners. These programs are focused on addressing current production challenges and offer students practical experience, in-demand skills and connections with employers. To assist with student adaptation and career orientation, excursions to partner companies such as Innofarm-DV LLC and Arnika GC are organized.

A leading global financial institution is a key partner of the university in the Far East. The collaboration includes joint educational programs, educational modules, and lectures on programming from Sber experts, as well as the development of the university’s educational and research environment.

FESRC JSC

FESRC JSC places emphasis on youth development and actively collaborates with leading technical universities in Russia, including FEFU. The partnership focuses on training of engineering personnel for shipbuilding and ship repair in the Far East.

FESCO Service Center LLC

Due to the geographical location of most FESCO assets in the Far East, the company offers unique opportunities for FEFU students to intern in the rapidly developing sector of Russian-Asian trade, with the potential for future employment with the company.
