I came to Rostov-on-Don 5 years ago. I have already completed my bachelor's degree in International Relations, and now I am studying at the master's program in Philology. During my studies, I participated in many international events - sharing my knowledge about the traditions and culture of Ecuador, as well as learning about other cultures, as students from 87 countries study at SFU! I am confident that my knowledge in the field of international relations and cross-cultural communication will help me in my career, as my dream is to work in the Government of Ecuador and strengthen the friendship between our countries!

I like that SFU has a strong faculty in the field of humanities, especially at the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language. The teachers motivate not only to actively study the Russian language and culture but also to participate in conferences and interdisciplinary research at various levels. Here, young people are actively encouraged to learn foreign languages, and foreign students themselves try to attend national events and festivals of all peoples of Russia and the world more often. SFU actively develops international ties, so a multicultural atmosphere is felt here.

I am a graduate student at the Physics Faculty of SFU, studying in the "Space Physics and Astronomy" program. In 2017, I chose to study in Russia to fulfill my dream of becoming a scientist and studying the quantization of gravity. During this time, I developed not only in physics but also engaged in writing stories and novels in Russian, participated in economic forums, international conferences, and all-Russian Olympiads in the Russian language. This became possible thanks to the support of teachers and scientists who help us in our scientific activities.

Hello everyone, I am Ba Mamadu! At SFU, there is a wonderful teaching staff that is always ready to help students and offer to participate in interesting scientific research work. During the educational process at my faculty, I participated in various student conferences, which helped me in writing scientific articles. Now I am realizing my abilities in various projects, and I am already working in my specialty - as a software engineer. Thank you to Southern Federal University for all the opportunities provided.
