About the organization
RTU MIREA today is a modern educational and research center recognized in Russia and the world. The university is one of the leaders in the field of training highly qualified specialists for rapidly developing high-tech industries: information and computer technologies, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, radio engineering and electronics, chemistry, and biotechnologies. University infrastructure
Campuses
Students are provided with in a comfortable setting for both studies and recreation. The University’s main campuses are located close to Moscow’s subway stations. All the campuses are safe as access to their territory is controlled.
Mega-laboratories
These are multipurpose centers where several departments and institutes can conduct their research and develop technologies at the same time. They combine educational, research and manufacturing facilities, and are modern sites furnished with the full range of training and research equipment.
Techno-Coworking Center
This is a space equipped with modern multimedia systems which are there to enhance student creativity in science and technology.
The Techno-Coworking Center combines a lecture hall, a briefing center, a digital prototyping center, and three computer classrooms.
“Cyberzone" e-Sports Center
This is a modern bootcamp facility designed for competitions in various e-sports as well as for students’ leisure activities. Here students can practice their e-sport skills and play board games.
Sports complexes
The University has 4 modern sports complexes, where everyone can enroll in various sports groups, from fitness and cheerleading to soccer and powerlifting. The complexes also include indoor tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a swimming pool and even a climbing wall.
Snack bars and cafeterias
Each of the University’s campuses offers everything necessary for maintaining a healthy and balanced diet. There are numerous snack bars and cafeterias that have wide selections of hot meals, salads, snacks, pastries, soft drinks and hot beverages on their menus.
