The Trade Union Committee is the oldest and most numerous student organization of the I.S. Turgenev OSU. More than 98% of all university students.The structure includes: 45 members of the union committee, 18 union bureaus, more than 500 members the union bureau and more than 2,000 active students.

OSU Tour Club

Organizes and conducts autonomous educational and wellness hikes, research and extreme expeditions, adventure trips to the most beautiful and unique places in Russia, where everyone can experience the beauty and greatness of nature, test their own strength, defeat themselves.

The Healthy Generation Club

Comprehensive prevention and agitation of schoolchildren and students to a healthy lifestyle, education of the legal aspects of various offenses, through the formation of a negative attitude towards the consumption of surfactants, dissemination of knowledge about the dangers of drug addiction, ect.

There are 9 student dormitories in the structure of OSU. In order for life in dormitories to be as interesting and comfortable as possible, student councils work on the basis of each.

The OSU Media Service Student Association has been operating since 2017.
