RUSS Sports Club

RUSS student sports club “The First in Social” — over 40 sports areas and more than 30 national teams that have repeatedly win various competitions. Specialized sports clubs for 21 sports operate daily, including hockey, football, volleyball, swimming, shooting, gymnastics, eSports, etc.

Alumni Association

The Association (2,000+ members) unites the experience of graduates and the development potential of students. It offers personal and professional development events, career-building lectures, assistance with employment and internships, mentoring, project and startup support, etc.

Student Self-Government

Student life at RUSS is an initiative activity addressing issues of education, everyday life, and leisure. The Student Senate Council unites the faculty councils, dormitories, and more than 16 student associations and promotes the development of students’ social activity

RUSS Interclub

There is a major international student association at RUSS (13 communities, 20 leaders, 500 activists) that helps foreign students adapt. The National Unity Day, fellowship days, movie nights, inter-university sports and athletic contests, and the Friendship of Peoples Festival are held annually.

RUSS Students’ Union

The key areas of the Students’ Union are protecting students’ rights, supporting youth projects and initiatives, developing personal and professional qualities, assisting in building a career, and providing opportunities for additional professional training.

Student Life at RUSS

RUSS offers not only education but also opportunities for creative and athletic development. Students can practice film-making, writing, journalism, music, dance, or theatre. They can choose from a variety of sports: football, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, or tennis.
