About the training program
The Linguistics program prepares specialists with skills in intercultural communication and intercultural dialogue in general and professional fields of activity, capable of performing oral and written translations in English and German/French. Education is carried out at the intersection of several areas of the humanities, which subsequently gives graduates the opportunity to choose a wide range of activities.

The English language
The applicant must know:
-Lexical material: 700 units.
-Grammatical material.
-Article. Plural of nouns. Possessive case of nouns. Pronouns (personal, possessive, demonstrative, indefinite). Degrees of comparison of adjectives and adverbs. The phrase there is/there are. The system of tenses of the English verb active and passive voices. Irregular verbs. Agreement of tenses. Modal verbs. Forms ending in -ing. Infinitive. Subordinate clauses. Indirect question.
The applicant must be able to:
-Read adapted texts without a dictionary.
-Have an active command of grammar and know basic vocabulary.
