About the training program

The program prepares specialists in the fields of modern materials science, nanotechnology, and physicochemical analysis. Students are prepared to solve professional tasks: — choosing technical means and methods for testing; — conducting experimental research according to a specified methodology; — studying the chemical composition of environmental objects; — obtaining new chemical substances and materials; — product quality control; — conducting chemical expertise using modern physicochemical and physical methods; — organizing, planning, and managing chemical production.

The examination comprises a written exam using the exam question papers (or a mixed format examination: tests and written assignments taken online). Preparing their answers, applicants may use the following tables: “Periodic Table of the Elements,” “Solubility Table,” “Reactivity Series of Elements.” When solving calculation problems, applicants are allowed to use an engineering microcalculator. The total duration of the examination is under 180 minutes. Max exam score: 100.
