About the training program

The main goal of the program implementation is to train high-level specialists in the field of semiconductor and vacuum electronics. As a result of the training, students acquire both fundamental knowledge in the field of physics of processes occurring in modern electronic devices and applied knowledge related to the design of real devices and their application in science and technology. All information is gathered into a single educational system, following from basic physical principles to real devices of modern semiconductor and vacuum electronics.
