About the training program
Training direction - Veterinary Medicine. The program provides students with knowledge and skills in pathological physiology of animals, clinical diagnosis, internal non-infectious and technogenic diseases, parasitology, as well as in the organization of veterinary affairs, the gene pool of farm animals, virology, and biotechnology. The training is practice-oriented: students work not only theoretically but also in practice, using a unique educational-experimental farm, a horse breeding laboratory, and a network of partner veterinary clinics. It also offers deepening competencies in the areas of "Laboratory Diagnostics" and "Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases of Small Domestic Animals."

What do graduates do?
A graduate of this specialty has the opportunity to work as a veterinarian in clinics, livestock, poultry, and fish farms, performing diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases of productive, domestic animals, birds, and fish. To hold the position of a canine veterinarian in special units of the armed forces and the FSB, providing assistance to service dogs. Also work as a veterinary employee of state structures, performing control and supervisory functions to prevent the penetration and spread of diseases. It is fascinating to work as a veterinarian in a veterinary-sanitary examination laboratory with the main task of assessing the quality of the products sold.
