About the training program

It is oriented towards managers capable of forming new labor relations and eliminating conflicts between corporate and digital cultures. Students will gain knowledge in organizing business processes and skills for working in the digital space. The training includes research and development in project activities, market analysis, assessment of the economic viability of innovative projects, as well as strategic and tactical planning for the implementation of innovations in organizations

What do graduates do?
The role of a business continuity manager includes overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans, conducting risk assessments, coordinating response measures during emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. An innovation manager monitors market trends, forecasts changes in consumer demands, and develops proposals for implementing innovations in the economic detail of an enterprise or any economically active market participant based on this. An ESG specialist is an expert who develops, implements, and monitors strategies and practices.
