Geology

Applicants to this program are admitted to the unified program "Geology", but already in the first year they choose what they will specialize in: geophysics, geochemistry, geology or oil and gas. During the first two years, students master basic disciplines. Some groups have their own additional subjects: organic geochemistry - for oil workers, an additional course in crystallography - for geochemists, and geophysicists study some sections from the program of the physics and mechanics and mathematics departments.
