About the training program
The content of the master's program covers issues related to product quality management of production systems based on modern quality management methods and lean thinking principles. During the training, skills are developed to create a set of measures for improving the production system based on lean production methods, product foresight, and structuring the quality function for processes and products. Skills are acquired in identifying typical production problems in processes and analyzing traditional methods of overcoming organizational and process barriers, as well as experience in using tools to create a lean product.
