About the training program
The goal (mission) of the OPOP for training highly qualified personnel in the specialty 31.08.58 Otorhinolaryngology (residency) is to prepare a qualified specialist in otorhinolaryngology, possessing a system of universal, general professional, and professional competencies, capable and ready for independent professional activity, successfully solving professional tasks; able to conduct differential diagnostic searches; provide full medical assistance; carry out all necessary preventive and rehabilitation measures to preserve the life and health of the patient
