About the University
NIU MIET is the leading university in Russia for training specialists in electronics, nanotechnology, IT, and telecommunications. The university is a participant in the federal strategic academic leadership project "Priority 2030" and is among the 27 best Russian universities according to THE World University Rankings 2024. The campus and dormitory of the university are located in Zelenograd – the center of Russian electronics with a high concentration of electronic industry enterprises and specialized research institutes. The district is considered the most environmentally friendly administrative district of Moscow. You can reach the center of the capital by bus, train, or via the Moscow Central Diameter in 30-50 minutes.

Health Point
The medical health center is a structural unit of the university, designed to provide primary medical and sanitary assistance to students and university staff, as well as employees of other organizations located on the territory of MIET.
Dining room
The cafeteria is an object of special attention for the university. The main task of the cafeteria is to ensure quality nutrition for students and staff, which is the key to good health and, consequently, successful educational and work activities.
Library
Today, the library is a large department at the university, with a collection of 500,000 documents, serving about 5,000 readers. It harmoniously combines the three main functions of a modern library: traditional, informational, and leisure.
MIET House of Culture
The MIET Palace of Culture is located in a separate building, connected by a passage to the main building of the university, and has an auditorium with 640 seats.
Sports complex
The MIET sports complex includes a 25-meter swimming pool with 6 lanes, an indoor gaming complex (basketball, volleyball, mini-football), a shaping hall, a cardio equipment hall, a stadium with a football field and running tracks, tennis and mini-football courts.
