Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport (original and 2 photocopies pages 2-3, 5)
- Voluntary health insurance policy (original and 1 photocopy)
- Migration card (original and 1 photocopy)
- RW blood test (with Russian translation, valid for 14 days)
- The result of the fluorographic examination for the last year (2 photocopies). The document must have the number of the image, the institution's seal, the seal for certificates, and the doctor's seal.
- Certificate from a dermatovenereologist (with translation into Russian, valid for three working days excluding weekends);
- Medical conclusion of the therapist on the condition at the time of examination (issued at the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution "City Polyclinic No. 21")
- Briefing certificate (issued upon check-in to the dormitory)
- Foreign student registration form (issued upon check-in to the dormitory)
- Roundup sheet (for graduates of the preparatory faculty of KFU)
- Migration briefing certificate (issued upon check-in to the dormitory)
- Photo 3 x 4 cm 3 pieces
Settlement conditions:
- Out-of-town applicants applying for the 1st year of bachelor's/specialty/master's studies at KFU, who need to be provided with housing in KFU dormitories for the period of study, note this need in the special field in the "Dormitory" section and submit an application to the rector of KFU for the provision of housing in KFU dormitories for the period of study in their personal account on the socio-educational network "I Will Be a Student." Such an application can be submitted by 23:59 on August 20, 2025 (Moscow time). Following the publication of orders on enrollment in KFU, housing and living commissions of the main structural units form ranked lists of priority for obtaining housing in KFU dormitories. These lists are compiled in accordance with the categories of students specified in the Regulations. Lists of students who will be provided with a bed in a KFU dormitory will be posted from August 22 to August 31, 2025, in the socio-educational network "I Will Be a Student" and on the official website of KFU, as well as in the group of the KFU student trade union committee. To confirm their affiliation with these categories, out-of-town applicants, along with the application for a place in KFU dormitories, provide the necessary documents in accordance with the Regulations. These documents are attached in electronic format (pdf) in the personal account in the socio-educational network "I Will Be a Student." To account for the results of individual achievements of students, it is necessary to send individual achievements to the housing and living commission of the structural unit. *Individual achievements are documents confirming active participation in events, projects, or any activity (for example, in school self-government bodies or other associations) over 2 years. Individual achievements can be obtained in several areas: Cultural and creative activity; Intellectual and educational activity; Sports activity; Scientific research activities; Volunteer and volunteer activities; Civic-patriotic activities; Information activities; Activities in public organizations and associations. Students enrolling in the first year of bachelor's/specialist/master's programs are notified by the institute/faculty about the provision of housing in the KFU dormitory by posting information in their personal account on the socio-educational network "I Will Be a Student."
