About the training program
Graduates of the program are "elite" educators in whom the region today has a special need, capable of forming the future intellectual elite of society. Master's education is based on the integration of classical university and pedagogical education. The educational process is accompanied by the harmonization of the study of pedagogical, psychological, and methodological disciplines.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the program will be able to work as teachers in various types of innovative schools (gymnasiums, lyceums, specialized schools, author's schools; private general educational organizations); as teachers of additional education for children (leader of a club, creative association, club, etc.); as deputy directors of the school for scientific work (in the future, with experience in the position of a teacher).
