Quota receipt

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Educational documents must be legalized in the prescribed manner (if required for your country). In some cases, a certificate of recognition of foreign education in the Russian Federation may be required.
