The Pushkin Institute concludes contracts for the practical training of students and cooperation agreements, within which the organization of practices for students of the Pushkin Institute, joint events both at the Institute and on the basis of organizations with which agreements have been concluded, are carried out.

Foreign applicants applying to the Pushkin Institute for the programs of the preparatory faculty have the opportunity to choose the profile of study that interests them the most: humanities, natural sciences, engineering and technical, economic, and others. The choice of the profile of study directly affects their future profession, as after completing their studies at the preparatory faculty, students can continue their studies at any university in the Russian Federation in the direction corresponding to the profile chosen earlier. Students who have completed their studies at the preparatory faculty can also enroll in the Pushkin Institute. The Institute implements programs of a humanitarian nature. Foreign students studying at the Pushkin Institute undergo practical training annually both within the university walls and in schools, book, newspaper, or journalistic publishing houses, and other practice bases in Moscow.
