About the training program
The program prepares specialists in quality management and production process improvement. You will master system diagnostics, implementation of ISO 9001 and Total Quality Management (TQM) standards, building a quality strategy, digitalization of business processes, cost reduction, and implementation of a kaizen approach. After completing the course, you will be able to head quality departments at an enterprise of any scale and format.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the master's program hold leadership positions: directors / quality managers, business process development managers, leading auditors, Black Belt / Master Black Belt in "Six Sigma" projects.
