About the university
National Research University "MEI" is a leading university in Russia in the fields of energy, electrical engineering, radio engineering, electronics, and information technologies. NIU "MEI" has an extensive material and technical base, including 12 institutes, more than 100 research laboratories, a specialized experimental plant, a unique educational thermal power plant, the largest scientific and technical library in the country, and a renewable energy test site. More than 24,000 students and postgraduates are trained in 25 areas of training at the university. This was an exciting journey to the land of emotional swings. I mean, we, the students, experienced, as well as many delightful emotions, began to appreciate our achievements, try better and more, so many experiences in the moment, these are failures on tests, non-admissions, re-examinations. There was a lot, but overall, everything was wonderful. I will miss MEI, even though I thought otherwise in my first year.

It's just super! The atmosphere here is very friendly, and the teachers are really cool and always ready to help. Moreover, there are many interesting events and opportunities to meet new people here, so time passes unnoticed and it's very fun!

Studying at MPEI has become a real gift for me because I have already gained a lot of new knowledge and useful acquaintances. All the teachers here are true professionals; they not only explain their subjects perfectly but also always help us when difficulties arise. I am satisfied with my choice of educational institution and grateful to MPEI for the wonderful student days. I am looking forward to the second year of the master's program!

I really like MEI. When I came there to study, they helped me not to get lost in another country, everything was very convenient. Also, at MEI, they teach Russian well. The subjects are very interesting and the level of education is high. We have a heavy workload, but this is good for my specialty.
