About the training program
"Components of Microsystem Engineering" is a direction related to the development and design of microminiature sensors (sensors), actuators (actuating mechanisms), and microsystems consisting of them. The main distinguishing feature of the direction is the computer modeling of these devices using modern automated design systems such as ANSYS, Sentaurus TCAD, CADENCE.
