Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport
- Photos 3×4 (2 pcs)
- Valid medical certificate with fluorograph mark
- Vaccination card
- Written consent of one of the parents (legal representative) to conclude a lease agreement for a residential premises (for minors)
Settlement conditions:
- Orphans and children left without parental care; children with disabilities, disabled persons of I and II groups, disabled from childhood
- Students eligible for state social assistance
- Foreign citizens studying under the quota of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, as well as under inter-university cooperation agreements
- Citizens of the Russian Federation studying full-time, part-time and part-time in bachelor's/specialist programs and full-time in master's programs at the expense of the budget
- Foreign citizens regardless of forms, conditions, and training programs
- Citizens of the Russian Federation studying full-time, part-time and part-time in bachelor's/specialist programs and full-time in master's programs on a paid basis
