Employment assistance
The university advises students on career development issues: how to write a resume, pass an interview, find their first job in their field. Thanks to a system of regular job updates and employer support, the employment rate of university graduates consistently exceeds 90%. GUZ is participating in the "I in Agro" project of Rosselkhozbank, aimed at creating conditions for the self-realization of youth, involving them in the socio-economic development of small territories, and increasing the attractiveness of the rural lifestyle. The best participants and winners of the project will receive expert, resource, and investment support from the founders and partners to implement their initiatives.
