Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.
Required documents:
Document(s) certifying identity, citizenship with a notarized translation into Russian

Document of education or of education and qualification with a notarized translation into Russian (if necessary, with confirmation of recognition and legalization in the Russian Federation)

Documents confirming the individual achievements of the applicant, the results of which are taken into account when accepting for training in accordance with these Admission Rules (presented at the discretion of the applicant)

A copy of the document(s) confirming the change of surname (if the surnames of the applicant in the established form document and the identity document differ)

4 – 6 photos of the applicant in 3x4 size (color) in paper form and 1 copy in electronic form (in jpq or png format)
