One of the modern forms of interaction between students and employers is the module of the electronic information and educational environment "UNIVERSITY + EMPLOYER". The main purpose of the module is to maintain constant communication between students, graduates, and employers interested in promising young specialists.
Employment assistance
Since 2006, the Penza State University has been operating a Regional Center for Employment Assistance and Adaptation of Graduates (RCSTiAV). Among the main tasks:
- assistance in the employment of PGU graduates: formation of a database of graduates, job seekers, employers, formation of a list of open vacancies
- conducting mass events: job fairs, career days, individual presentations of employer companies, trainings on career building;
