Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.
Required documents:
Document confirming the previous level of education (school certificate / diploma) with a transcript (grades), with a notarized translation into Russian if required

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Admission to the Olympiads
Preferential admission for winners and prize-winners of international olympiads included in the list of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The right to admission without entrance exams is granted.

Application to participate in the International Olympiad «DOBROLYUBOV» in Russian and English for bachelor’s students of universities in neighboring countries, and inclusion in the TOP-10 winners shortlist
