About the training program
The program is aimed at an in-depth study of the theory of the electromagnetic field, the electrodynamic properties of various material media, the patterns of excitation and propagation of electromagnetic waves in them, as well as methods for calculating electromagnetic fields. The program prepares radio physicists-researchers for such relevant areas as electrodynamics and plasma physics, coherent and nonlinear optics, physical foundations and technologies of wireless communication, propagation and diffraction of electromagnetic waves, supercomputer technologies in nonlinear optics and plasma physics, applied geophysics, the theory of electromagnetic wave emission and antenna theory, radio wave propagation, and radio astronomy.
