About the training program
The Physical Rehabilitation program combines fundamental biomedical knowledge with advanced teaching technologies. Master’s students study modern methods of kinesitherapy, mechanotherapy, occupational therapy, psychophysical correction, and the assessment of the body’s functional state. Particular attention is paid to developing individualized rehabilitation programs and restoring the motor functions of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal, sensory, and nervous systems. Graduates acquire skills in managing rehabilitation projects and conducting research, and are able to work in interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.

Graduates of the program are in demand in the healthcare, social protection, education, and sports sectors. Key positions include physical rehabilitation specialist, kinesiologist, and occupational therapy specialist in healthcare institutions and rehabilitation centers; leading adaptive physical education specialist in educational and social protection institutions at all levels; coach-instructor; and instructor-methodologist in physical education and sports, the fitness industry, and private practice. Additional career opportunities include teaching at specialized higher education institutions, research, and private practice.
