About the training program
At RUDN University, the Master’s degree programme in Urban Planning is offered under the profile “Urban Planning and Development of Urban Systems” and prepares specialists for the integrated management of urban development. Students study strategic planning, transport and logistics systems, urban economics, sustainable development, and the digital transformation of the urban environment. They master GIS, BIM, spatial analysis tools, and methods for modelling urban dynamics, as well as the use of big data for decision-making. Particular attention is paid to interdisciplinary projects, including the development of master plans, renovation programmes, and concepts for public spaces that take social, environmental, and economic factors into account.
