Master’s degree program “Reconstruction and Restoration of Architectural Heritage,” specialization “Architecture of Historical and Cultural Sites,” trains specialists to work comprehensively with cultural heritage sites. Students study historical and architectural analysis, the regulatory framework for heritage protection, modern surveying methods, restoration design, and technologies for working with materials in depth. They also learn how to convert monuments into museum sites and present them to the public. The program has a strong practical focus: real or closely simulated projects, on-site surveys, preparation of scientific and design documentation, and internships at architectural firms, museums, and heritage protection authorities.
