About the training program

The Specialist Degree program in Clinical Psychology trains clinical psychologists—professionals who work at the intersection of psychology and medicine: conducting assessments, providing psychological support, and participating in rehabilitation and expert evaluations. Its distinctive feature is the deep integration of psychological and biomedical training: students learn to understand the connection between the mind, brain, and body, work in multidisciplinary teams, and strictly comply with ethical and legal standards.

What will they teach you?

  • взаимодействовать в мультидисциплинарной команде (с врачами, педагогами, социальными работниками);
  • проводить клинико-психологическую диагностику (выявлять особенности и нарушения когнитивных функций, эмоционально личностной сферы, поведения);
  • подбирать и применять методы психологической помощи с учётом возраста, диагноза и контекста (индивидуальное и семейное консультирование, психокоррекция, работа в группе);
  • участвовать в реабилитационных и профилактических программах, в том числе для людей с тяжёлыми заболеваниями и в кризисе;
  • оформлять экспертные заключения, вести профессиональную документацию, соблюдать этические и правовые нормы.

What do graduates do?

Graduates work in medical organizations—in psychiatric, neurological, oncology and rehabilitation departments, and in palliative care; in emergency and crisis services and helplines; in the education system—in psychological and educational support teams and support centers; in forensic and social assessment; in HR and corporate environments—as psychologists and specialists in burnout prevention and staff adaptation; and in private practice—as clinical psychologists and counselors.
