About the training program
One of the new modern specialties in Russia is the profession of a cadastral engineer. A cadastral engineer is engaged in land surveying, performing geodetic work to determine the spatial position of real estate contours, performing all field and desk work of cadastral activities, and preparing all primary documentation for the registration of real estate in the cadastral register and the register of property rights.
What do graduates do?
Having obtained knowledge and qualifications of a cadastral engineer, students can engage in: - geodetic activities when creating a geodetic basis for the purpose of land surveying and real estate surveys; - cartographic work when forming digital maps in electronic form in cadastral institutions; - cadastral activities when ensuring, within the framework of contractual obligations with the contractor, the entire range of technical documents (survey plan, technical plan of the house, survey act of the object) with their own conclusion and signatures.
