Documents required for accommodation in a dormitory for foreign citizens:
Passport (original and 1 copy in a foreign language, 2 copies of the visa in Russian with the nearest departure date);
Medical certificate from the Samara University health center, issued in the presence of:
Medical certificate No086U (original and copy in Russian);
Information about vaccinations in Russian (original and copy) Mandatory vaccinations: rubella, measles, influenza, asthma, mumps
In the absence of vaccinations, the results of immune tension;
X-ray (fluorographic) examination result (validity period 1 year) (original and copy);
Photos 3*4 cm – 3 pcs.

Order of check-in to dormitories:
On the day of check-in, students who have been provided with a dormitory by university order (see university website) come to the specified dormitory;
With a full package of documents, students receive a medical certificate for settlement.
A medical certificate is issued on the day of check-in to the dormitory. Without a medical certificate, check-in to the dormitory is not carried out.
They present a passport, a medical certificate to the head of the dormitory;
They receive payment details from the dormitory manager (only Russian citizens).
You can pay through an ATM, Sberbank Online, or at any Sberbank branch.
The payment receipt must be presented to the dormitory manager.
Foreign students pay for their accommodation in the dormitory through the university cash desk after 14:00 hours.
Familiarize themselves under signature with the internal regulations of student dormitories of Samara University, with instructions on fire safety measures in dormitories of Samara University;
Conclude a Lease Agreement for a specialized residential premises in the student dormitory of Samara University, prepare all necessary documents;
Receive bedding and room keys.
