About the training program
The uniqueness of the program: • the presence of educational modules aimed at providing students with specialized knowledge that allows them to engage in judicial activities in various areas: • control over the enforcement of constitutional rights and freedoms of the individual; • consideration and resolution of cases on the merits; • consideration of issues related to the execution of sentences, as well as other court decisions; • review of court decisions in appellate, cassation, and supervisory proceedings, as well as on new and newly discovered circumstances; • use of laboratory equipment for forensics, courtroom, involvement of practicing teachers.
