About the training program
The direction of preparation "Philology" is the acquisition of knowledge in the field of literary studies, linguistics, communication theory; it is the study of the history of Russian literature, the history and current state of the Russian language; it is the teaching of the ability to read, understand, and create text. The peculiarity of the program is the combination of academic and applied philological knowledge. The program allows you to get acquainted with certain applied aspects of philology: academic and business writing, working with information, excursion activities (literary museums, rare book museums, ethnographic museums, etc.).
