At the first stage, training events for students aimed at developing skills in resume writing and successfully passing interviews were held. Career schools were also held with the participation of employer representatives and specialists in human resource management (HR). At the second stage, a number of events aimed at promoting career opportunities and employment in the specialty have been implemented:
• Career Festival "I am Busy"
• Career School for Students "I am Busy"
• The career podcast series "I am Busy" is intended for students and young professionals striving for successful employment and career development.
• Career Orientation Youth Project "Job Inform". The project is aimed at blurring the boundaries between employers and youth through video tours of major organizations in the region and interviews with employers.
• The "Progress" event complex is aimed at popularizing science among schoolchildren. As part of this project, meetings with young scientists from NCFU were held.
