At North-Caucasus Federal University, activities aimed at promoting the employment of students and graduates and cooperating with employer partners are overseen by the Center for Career Development and Youth Entrepreneurship of the Office of Technological Entrepreneurship and Career Policy.

At the first stage, training activities were held for students to develop résumé-writing skills and successfully complete job interviews. Career schools were also held with the participation of employer representatives and human resources management (HR) specialists.
At the second stage, a series of activities was implemented to promote career opportunities and employment in students’ fields of study:
• The “I’m Employed” Career Festival
• The “I’m Employed” Career School for Students
• The “I’m Employed” career podcast series is intended for students and young professionals seeking successful employment and career development.
• The “Job Inform” career guidance youth project. The project aims to bridge the gap between employers and young people through video tours of major organizations in the region and interviews with employers.
• The “Progress” set of activities aims to popularize science among school students. As part of this project, meetings were held with young scientists from North-Caucasus Federal University (NCFU).
