About the training program
The master's program "Jurisprudence (Civil Law, Civil Procedure)" provides fundamental theoretical training based on the latest research in the field of civil law theory, civil procedure, and a solid knowledge of the practice of applying the norms of the current substantive and procedural legislation. The applied approach, which orients the learning process towards solving practical tasks, allows for the training of skills in conducting cases in courts, taking into account the requirements of substantive legislation, and the organization of claim-action work.
