Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Copy of passport (photo page and registration page)
- Photos 3x4 - 4 pieces
- Active fluorography (+ 1 copy)
- Health passport or Medical certificate form No. 086-U (+ 1 copy) – an extended certificate is required (including a narcologist and psychiatrist)
- Vaccination certificate (mandatory 2 shots of measles, ADS-M, hepatitis)
- Consent of the legal representative to conclude contracts (for students under 18 years old)
Settlement conditions:
- Get a certificate for accommodation in a dormitory at a medical center for higher education students (bachelors, specialists, masters)
- Get a referral with the address of the Student Town dormitory according to the distribution. The referral is issued upon receiving a certificate for settlement.
- Drive to the dormitory building according to the address indicated in the direction.
- In the dormitory, a referral for accommodation payment is issued to the Bank.
- After the bank, you need to return to the dormitory building where the check-in will take place: after filling out all the necessary documents, you receive the key to the room.
- Foreign citizens need to register for migration (registration) within 1 working day at the address: Bolshaya Morskaya St., 18, 4th floor, office 437, Registration and Visa Department, working hours: from 11:00 to 16:00, phone: +7 (812) 315-08-93.
