At the BFU, there is a career center that provides consultations to students and graduates on issues related to employment (assistance in compiling resumes, passing interviews), forming a personnel reserve from among students and graduates, searching for and selecting vacancies at the request of students and graduates, and maintaining a vacancy bank.
Employment assistance
BFU named after I. Kant actively develops mutually beneficial partnerships with organizations and enterprises in Russia with the aim of organizing timely development of professional and supra-professional competencies of students in demand in the real sector of the economy, implementing joint educational programs, ordering VKR at the request of employers, internships and internships for students, employment of graduates, etc. Thus, a number of educational programs of BFU are implemented jointly with such organizations as the film studio "SOYUZMULTFILM", "Rostelecom", "Sberbank". The new basic higher education program "Technology of Analytical Control of Chemical Compounds" is being implemented in partnership with the Experimental Design Bureau "Fakel".

In 2024, within the framework of trilateral cooperation between BFU named after I. Kant, the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), and OKB "Fakel," enrollment has started for the specialized higher education program of the master's program "Physical Processes in Space Propulsion Systems."
"RENERA"
In 2024, 5 graduates of the "Chemistry" program and 2 graduates of the "Technology of Analytical Control of Chemical Compounds" program received an invitation to start their careers at the first gigafactory in Russia for the production of energy storage devices, which is being built in the Kaliningrad region.
