The Center for Career Development and Interaction with Graduates of Tyumen State University implements a comprehensive approach to career support for students and graduates. It provides informational and consulting support. It works with university partners and employers, studies the labor market, analyzes employment prospects, and organizes career events.
Employment assistance
The Career Center operates in the digital career environment "Facultetus". The platform contains vacancies from more than 400 university partners. Students post resumes, which employers can view and invite candidates for vacancies and internships. On the site, you can take free courses and career tests, as well as find like-minded people for an educational project. Annually, the Center organizes more than 100 career-educational and recruitment events: "Career Marketplace," "Job Speed Dating," case championship "CaseCupUTMN," master classes, off-site blog tours, and "Company Days." The "Career Marketplace" forum is the flagship event of the university for students and graduates of all courses and directions. The forum provides an opportunity for future graduates to meet with representatives of leading employers in the region and the country, receive up-to-date information about open vacancies at the enterprise and internship opportunities, and develop skills and abilities that contribute to career development.
