Rules for admitting foreign applicants

Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.
Required documents:
A copy of the identity document of the applicant and its notarized translation into Russian; or a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation

A copy of the visa for entry into the Russian Federation if the foreign citizen arrived in the Russian Federation on an entry visa

Original or notarized copy of a foreign state education document certifying education that is recognized at the level of the corresponding education in the Russian Federation, and appendices to it (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state where such an education document was issued)

Notarized translation into Russian of a foreign state document on education and its appendices (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state where such a document was issued)

A copy of the certificate of recognition of a foreign state's document of education (if necessary), issued by a federal executive authority exercising control and supervision functions in the field of education, or a conclusion on the recognition of foreign education, issued by the PGNIU

Medical insurance policy valid on the territory of the Russian Federation for citizens from countries with visa-free entry to the Russian Federation
