The Center for Promoting Student Employment and Graduate Employment at Bryansk State University was organized in 2006. The main task of the center is to assist and facilitate the adaptation of university graduates to the labor market in modern socio-economic conditions.
Employment assistance
The Center implements the following areas of activity:
• conducts individual reception of students and graduates on employment issues;
• creates a unified information and reference system for providing specific assistance in the employment of graduates;
• coordinates the work of faculties and departments to promote student employment and graduate employment;
• promotes the dissemination of advanced practical experience in solving employment problems;
• participates in conducting various sociological and marketing research to obtain current information about the state of the labor market;
• interacts with institutions, organizations, and enterprises;
• organizes and conducts a job fair for university graduates.
