Voronezh State Technical University

At VSTU, a Career Center has been established, which actively promotes the employment of students and graduates. Regular events are held at the innovative business incubator of VSTU, with all major employers from Voronezh and neighboring regions participating. Targeted training (by employer referral, at their expense) and individual scholarships from employers for talented students are also practiced. The university closely cooperates with the largest enterprises in the region. On many of them, basic departments have been created and are operating effectively. Students have the opportunity to improve their professional skills in real production conditions. All this allows for the training of modern engineers in demand in the labor market. More than 90% of VGTU graduates are successfully employed.
