Important information
Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to receive higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, federal laws, or the quota for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons established by the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the quota for the education of foreign citizens), as well as at the expense of funds of individuals and legal entities in accordance with contracts for the provision of paid educational services. The admission of foreign citizens and stateless persons, including compatriots residing abroad, within the quota for the education of foreign citizens, is carried out according to the directions of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. Foreign citizens applying to the Institute under contracts for the provision of paid educational services should fill out and submit an application for admission within the established period.
