About the training program

The program prepares scientists and practitioners in the field of modern methods of managing complex construction projects based on information modeling (BIM) and principles of sustainable development. The focus of research is on methodologies and technologies covering all stages of the life cycle (LC) of an object: from concept and design to construction, operation, and disposal. BIM systems, standards (ISO 19650), life cycle assessment (LCA), digital twin management, construction economics and organization are studied.

What will they teach you?

  • Разрабатывать и внедрять методологии BIM на всех этапах ЖЦ.
  • Проводить оценку стоимости жизненного цикла (LCC) и экологическую оценку (LCA) объектов.
  • Создавать и использовать цифровые двойники для управления эксплуатацией.
  • Формировать научно-обоснованные подходы к управлению строительными мегапроектами.

What do graduates do?

Graduates of the graduate school occupy key positions as BIM directors, heads of project offices, leading consultants in the field of project management in large developer and construction holdings, state corporations, specialized consulting companies. They also become leading researchers in institutes developing industry standards and expert teachers in the field of construction management and information technology in construction.
